CURT SMITH & MAYFIELD

This page will focus on Curt Smith and his activities while away from Tears for Fears.  First, he did one solo album but Curt says he doesn't like it.  He has said that there is medication for those who like this album.  On a personal note, I like this album.

He also had a band called Mayfield.  They have an album out called Mayfield.  We all went to New York in November of 1997 for a Mayfield convention.  There is a picture of me with Curt at that event in my Gallery.

The band members were:

• Curt Smith - vocals, bass guitar

• Charlton Pettus - guitar, backing vocals

• Doug Petty - keyboards

• Russ Irwin - keyboards, backing vocals

• Shawn Pelton - drums
